Company Profile
Locally owned and operated, Ambassador Title Agency ‘s
origin goes back to 1983. Owner, Leona J. Manogg is a licensed title
insurance agent in the State of Ohio and has over 20 years experience in the
real estate title industry. Lee’s expertise at the closing table is
highly valued among Real Estate Professionals and Lenders. She has a
skilled communication style with a base of knowledge uniquely appropriate for
solving difficult issues surrounding any transaction. Leona is a member
of The Ohio Land Title Association and the North American Title Organization.
Staff longevity at Ambassador Title Agency
is also unique … having serviced clientele as a TEAM since the mid-80’s.
Konnie Nelson is the Senior Escrow Processor and creates the settlement
package for closing. Brenda Borders serves the post-closing needs and

Believing that real estate is today's best and most

reinvest in the community it serves. Giving time and energy to
create a healthy community surely means that growth and sustainability
will be the by-product.
Most prominent in recent
months, is the agency’s involvement in the Licking County Healthy
Community * Healthy Youth Initiative. The goals of this organization are to educate and
promote Positive Youth Development within Licking County.
The framework of developmental assets is based upon the results of
research done by Search Institute in Minneapolis, MN. The assets
are widely recognized as a healthy, balanced approach to family
and community relationships with and on behalf of youth. Other Ambassador staff members have also become involved in the
initiative …with Konnie now serving on the Utica Team and Brenda

Lee serves on the Licking County Youth Asset
Builders Steering Team along with other community leaders and she is
actively involved in:
- public speaking,
- development of curricula,
- training and general promotion/marketing of the ideology.
In addition, Lee currently serves on the boards of the following
non-profits:
- LCYAB Steering Team
- St. John's Lutheran Teen Vision Team
- Lutheran Brotherhood Branch #8488
- Newark Ice Hockey Association (NIHA)
- Member, Board of Directors/International Dyslexia Association
*Note: In recognition for "Outstanding Volunteerism,
Connecting Resources & Mobilizing Strengths" Lee was presented
with the 1999 Hope Taft Award for efforts and achievements which have
impacted Licking County youth and the Licking County community!
